Lean Six Sigma For Business / Organization Frontline Employees
This is where the most work gets done within organizations, and the least improvement ideas are generated. Frontline employees are the backbone of end to end operating processes and procedures and know where opportunities for improvements exist. Managers need to utilize this talent and engage them to be catalyst of a cultural transformation to daily increments of change and improvements. As a frontline associate, managers are realizing the knowledge and value you bring to the organization and are learning to draw from this pool and empower folks to instill change.

" A timely and valuable topic. The cultural aspects of a continuous improvement mindset is often neglected in favor of implementing tools, so this is a good introduction to those looking to start or revive a continuous improvement program. "
