Lean Six Sigma For Business / Organization Frontline Employees

This is where the most work gets done within organizations, and the least improvement ideas are generated. Frontline employees are the backbone of end to end operating processes and procedures and know where opportunities for improvements exist. Managers need to utilize this talent and engage them to be catalyst of a cultural transformation to daily increments of change and improvements. As a frontline associate, managers are realizing the knowledge and value you bring to the organization and are learning to draw from this pool and empower folks to instill change.

Our Process For Business / Organization Frontline Employees

Obtaining a Yellow, Green, and/or a Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma will not only change how you look at any process or operation and provide you with the skills to optimize any process or operation, the belt certifications will also enhance your resume. Many companies understand the value and are looking for employees with Lean Six Sigma certifications.

Following are some questions to ponder:
⦁ Do you want to learn more about the Lean Six Sigma tools & methodologies?
⦁ Are you willing to put some time into learning these tools and methodologies with hands-on/applied training programs?
⦁ Do you want to be a leader in an organization to effect change, advance your career and increase income?

If you have answered “yes” to these questions – please review the following steps to guide you:

STEP 1

Complete the complimentary White Belt Certification course and knowledge check on our website at LeanRevisions.com/WhiteBelt. This will only take an hour or so and will give you some good insight into the methodologies and help you identify possible areas of improvement in your organization.

Step 2

Take both the Lean Fundamentals and Six Sigma Fundamentals courses. These two courses provide an interactive deeper dive into the methodologies. Both courses are online instructor led blended training sessions. These are 8 hour workshops, and we offer day, night, and weekend sessions to meet individual’s needs. Upon completion you will be able to begin executing small “Rapid Execution” projects that deliver realized improvements including waste reduction, streamlined operations and the beginning of a Lean cultural transform. Step 3

With the Yellow Belt Certification course, you will gain a broad understanding of Lean, Six Sigma and Quality tools through Yellow Belt training. By utilizing Lean and basic statistical tools, you will learn how to create a culture of problem solving. In the class, we share stories and examples that help you learn what tools to use and when to use them. Only 40% of the class is lecture based with the rest of the class focused on application of knowledge through interactive, hands-on simulations with real world data. In these simulations, you will be broken into improvement teams where you will learn the importance of data collection and data analysis. By learning in a team environment, you will be better prepared to work with Green Belts and Black Belts back at your company. Our Six Sigma Yellow Belt curriculum aligns with the IASSC and ASQ Six Sigma Yellow Belt Body of Knowledge. This ensures that you will be prepared for an ASQ or IASSC Yellow Belt certification. By the end of this class, you will be able to provide meaningful assistance in the areas of operational improvements, waste elimination, realized revenue gains and sustainment of cultural transformation.

Testimonials

A timely and valuable topic.  The cultural aspects of a continuous improvement mindset is often neglected in favor of implementing tools, so this is a good introduction to those looking to start or revive a continuous improvement program. "
