Mar 15th, 17th, 22nd, 24th – SVC – Six Sigma Tools

This hands on workshop will teach the correct application and usage of descriptive statistics, sampling to obtain significance and data reliability. Attendees will use tools to understand normality, stability, variation, and process capability so teams can establish baseline metrics, targets, and goals for operational improvements. Other topics covered are run charts, ANOVA, P-values, T-test, Moods Median and Root Cause Analysis. The skills acquired in this workshop can be applied to any Lean Six Sigma improvement project, large or small. Possessing this certificate builds a foundation for current and future leaders to gain the skills and knowledge to build upon and grow within any industry or organization.
